The award, which recognises excellence in customer service under Bridgestone's MasterClass program, was recently presented to owner Stuart Nicholls.
"To be acknowledged in this way is great reflection of the work put in by our team over the past 12 months - their efforts have certainly been integral to our success and we couldn't have done it without them."
The tyre outlet has been in operation since 2003 and the business was transformed - upgrading to the new Bridgestone Select concept in 2009.

Bridgestone Select Nowra
Excellence in customer service has helped the team at Bridgestone Select South Nowra win a prestigious prize - taking out Bridgestone's coveted award for the State Franchise of the Year for New South Wales.
The award was recently presented to owner James Croft who was thrilled to go one better this year - having won the encouragement award several times previously.
"It took a little while to sink in that they had actually called my name out so it was definitely a big surprise," James said.
"I run the business in partnership with my dad and this award is something we have been striving to achieve so it's a great credit to the efforts of our whole team.

Bridgestone Tyre Centre ST Albans
Dedication to customer service has helped the team at Bridgestone Tyre Centre St Albans win a prestigious prize - taking out Bridgestone's coveted award for the State Franchise of the Year for Victoria and Tasmania.
"It's the first time we have won this award so it was a nice surprise," said owner Bill Dawson, who attributes the win largely to the efforts of his staff.
"To be acknowledged in this way is great reflection on our business and the whole team - their efforts have been integral to our success."
The tyre outlet has been in operation since 1986, becoming an important part of the local business community.

Bridgestone Select Winnellie (NT)
Bridgestone Select Winnellie has taken out Bridgestone's coveted award for the State Franchise of the Year for South Australia and the Northern Territory.
The award was recently presented to owner Graeme Moore - who couldn't have been happier with the news, having only run the business for two years with business partner Irene Musgrave.
"We put a lot of effort into the store's presentation and there is no other store like it in Darwin,
so hopefully we can do it again next year - we'll just have to keep doing what we're doing and working hard."

Bridgestone Select Malaga
Before Bridgestone Select Malaga was announced as this year's 2010 National Franchise of the Year, they first received the State Award for WA.
